4. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate this license at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must remove all embedded graphs from your website immediately.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The graphs are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use of the graphs.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.
